Housing Rehabilitation Program

This program helps income-qualified homeowners make essential health, safety, and accessibility repairs to their homes at little or no cost.

How It Works

  1. Start with a short pre-application — about 5 minutes; it checks whether you qualify
  2. Get your checklist — if you qualify, we email you the list of documents to gather
  3. Complete the application — 15–25 minutes; save and return anytime, even from another device
